Carlos Tassara de León
Carlos Tassara de León is a Partner of the Firm, who leads the Urban Planning and Real Estate Law Area.
Carlos specialises in Public and Litigation Law and advised in the various regulatory specialties of Administrative Law, especially in urban planning, environmental, water, regulated sectors, public procurement, compulsory expropriation, subsidies and public aids and patrimonial responsibility claims against the Administration.
Likewise, he has broad experience in the defence of the interests of private and public companies at the Courts and Tribunals of justice of the administrative litigation and civil orders.
Juan Diego Asencio Vega
Juan Diego Asencio Vega works as an Associate at Seville’ Office.
He started his professional career in 2016 at Romero Huertas Law Firm. During this stage he attended mediation and arbitration proceedings and collaborated directly with the Firm’s partners in Tax and Civil matters.
In 2017 he joined Tassara & Bilbao Abogados advising companies and individuals in the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law, appearing on a regular basis before the Courts and Tribunals of Civil and Commercial Orders.
He is a member of the Seville’s Bar Association.
Juan Diego obtained a Law Degree from Universidad de Sevilla (2013) and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Advice from Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (2015).
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Luis Ruiz Jiménez
Luis Ruiz Jiménez currently works as an Associate at Seville’s office.
He started his professional career at Tassara & Bilbao Law Firm advising individuals and companies on Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law, with special dedication to rendering legal advice to companies and drafting and negotiating contracts.
Luis has participated in several regulatory proceedings at the Courts and Tribunals of Justice of the Administrative Litigation and Civil Orders and has collaborated with local Public entities in financial issues.
He works recurrently on matters related to the processed food sector and environmental quality. He is a frequent attendant at many courses, seminars and conferences related to this sector.
Luis has a Law Degree for the University of Sevilla (2013), Official Master in Law (2015), Superior Master in Advisory and Legal Defence (Business Litigation) of Universidad Pablo de Olavide in collaboration with Universidad Carlos III in Madrid (2016).
He speaks fluently Spanish and English, and he is a member of the Seville’s Bar Association.
Álvaro Sánchez Hernández
Álvaro Sánchez Hernández works as an associate at Seville’s Office. He is specialised in Civil, Sport and Litigation Law.
He started his professional career in Madrid (2014), focusing on legal advice to companies and individuals within the Sports & Entertainment area, both nationally and cross border.
During this period of time he achieved broad experience in this matter, advising on Corporate Governance and participating in the integral management of various sports entities. He has intervened in numerous litigation processes before the competent jurisdictional parts.
He joined Tassara & Bilbao Law Firm in September 2016. Álvaro joined the litigation department and, since then, he has intervened in numerous litigation proceedings in civil, criminal, and contentious-administrative matters. He has also contributed to the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs in companies from different sectors.
He obtained the Law Degree from Universidad de Sevilla (2013). He has a Master in Legal Practice from Universidad de Sevilla (2014). In addition, he is an Executive Compliance Technician Officer by Euroinnova International Business School (2016) and has obtained a Master in Sports Law from Universidad de Lleida (2017).
He speaks English and Spanish.
