Partner in charge of Agricultural Law
Ignacio Bilbao Alonso has been a practicing lawyer since 2005, specialising in Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Litigation.
During his professional career, he has advised large companies and SMEs, both Spanish and foreign, on matters involving commercial and civil law. He regularly participates in proceedings in civil and commercial courts.
His greatest achievements in his career have included the management of various corporate capital contribution operations (family office and investment funds) for companies in the agricultural and biotechnology sectors, where he prepared the agreements and protocols required for these operations. He has also participated in restructuring important agricultural companies, including divestment from areas of activity and division of business assets, and in insolvency proceedings as an attorney for the insolvent company.
In addition to his law degree from the Universidad de Sevilla (2000-2005), Ignacio completed the Expert Course in Property Development and the Environment at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (2010). He is also a practicing member of the Seville Bar Association.
He is passionate about teaching and has taught for the Master of Laws at the Universidad Pablo Olavide and the Master’s in Business Environmental Management at the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).
