Álvaro Fesser de Rojas

Álvaro Fesser is a lawyer specialised in Corporate Law and has a broad experience in Contract and Company Law matters, as well as in Finance and Banking Law, having participated in financing and restructuring transactions.
During his professional career he has advised various business groups and startups from various sectors, in particular, on finance matters, commercial contracting and reorganisation and restructuring projects, and has led the legal secretary of clients as part of their board of administration.
After finishing the degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master in Access to Law with a specialisation in Business, he completed his education studying a Master on Energy Law from the Club Español de la Energía (ENERCLUB).
Prior to joining ITER Law, he developed his professional career in Ramón y Cajal Abogados, De Andrés y Artiñano and The Citco Group Limited, advising in restructuring transactions and managing the legal secretary of clients, both national and international.
