Carla Pérez is a practising lawyer since 2016, and she is specialised in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
During her professional career she has advised in legal and arbitration procedures regarding, among others, civil liability, construction, insurance, obligations and contracts (sale and purchase of companies, assets and real estate, loans, services and construction contracts, supply contracts, leases, purchase option contracts, operation and maintenance contracts).
After finishing the degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she studied the Master of Access to Law from the Universidad Internacional Villanueva, focused in national and international law practice and company legal advice. Likewise, she completed her education at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues with a program on “International Practice of Business Law”.
Prior to joining ITER Law, Carla has developed her career in the law firms Ontier, Garrigues and Clyde&Co, where she worked at the litigation and arbitration department.
She has cooperated with ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas) tutoring the law clinic focused in pro-bono activities.
