Eduardo Fernández Blázquez

Eduardo Fernández is a practicing lawyer specialised in Corporate and Commercial Law and M&A, and he routinely advises on matters of corporate structuring, M&A, and energy-specific contracts.
Prior to joining ITER Law he has developed his professional career at Andersen Spain and BBVA, managing matters related to Privacy Policy, Competition and Corporate Governance.
Eduardo has a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the Master to Access to Law and Business International Law from Garrigues. Besides, he is currently attending the Masters in Energy Law, with a view to specializing on energy regulation, corporate and commercial contracts.
Likewise, he has a degree in Introduction to the USA Business Law from Fordham University in New York. He also has specific training in M&A and Private Equity and holds a degree from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
