Isabel García Gómez-Biedma

Isabel García is a practising lawyer specialised in Public and Regulatory Law.
During her professional career she has advised national and international economic operators on public procurement, infrastructures, energy sector (electricity, hydrocarbon, and renewable energy), as well as on Due Diligence procedures related to corporate transactions on transport, health, food industry, ports and other industrial activities.
Likewise, she has experience advising in occupations of the public domain and public aids and subsidies, including financial control and sanctioning procedures.
She has a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Law and a master of Access to Law specialisation in Public Policies, all of them from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas -ICADE-. Besides, she has specific training in the electricity market and public procurement for small and medium-sized companies.
Prior to joining ITER Law, Isabel has developed her professional career in the department of Litigation and Public Law at Pérez-Llorca and the department of Public Law at Garrido Abogados.
She is member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
