Marta Ruiz Orellana
Marta Ruiz is a practicing lawyer specialised in advising on Transport Infrastructures, Energy, Engineering and Construction as well as Corporate Law, Commercial Contracting and M&A.
During her professional career she has advised developers and energy companies on the permitting for projects, the analysis of project viability and M&A transactions. She has also advised banking and financial institutions and international public and private investors.
Marta has a degree in Law from the University of Seville, a master of Access to Law and an expert title on Business Law from the University CEU San Pablo. Likewise, she holds a diploma on Values and Business Leadership from the University CEU San Pablo. Besides, she has specific training on solar, photovoltaic and wind energy.
Before joining ITER Law she developed her professional career in Afianza Asesores and Dikeos Abogados managing portfolios in Spain and implementing and enabling the development of new projects in Spain by foreign investors.
