Miguel Huarte Arregui
Partner in charge of Infrastructure, Construction, and Contract Management
Miguel Huarte has been a practicing lawyer since 1993, specialising in Transport Infrastructure and Energy, Construction, and Engineering sectors. Within this area of activity, he focuses on corporate law, contract management, tenders, and M&A.
During his professional career, he has advised on highly complex national and international projects and transactions. He is currently focused on advising large business groups on the development of their corporate structure and their investment in multi-jurisdictional projects, with special dedication to renewable energy projects and assets.
Miguel completed his postgraduate studies at Oxford University and the LSE.
He regularly publishes specialised articles in the press.
He spent much of his professional career at Alonso Ureba, Bauzá y Asociados; Eversheds; Greenberg Traurig; and Baker McKenzie.
Since 2017, he has led ITER Law, a project focused on advising leading companies in the firm’s focus sectors: Transport Infrastructures and Energy.
